Best Answer: I've been having trouble with this myself, but after a TON of google searching I found this. Just click on the attached torrent to get the torrent file. You're going to need Bit Torrent to download the full rar.
File, you can get Bit Torrent here. And after you download the rar. File you have to open it using a program like winrar, you can get that here.
And once you open it with winrar, it's just like a normal install from that point on. (The 'game' didn't launch on my first try, so don't freak out if it doesn't work right the first time) I hope this has proven useful, I put as much info as possible to make sure there isn't any missing steps. Edit: Almost forgot, you may need to set your system local to japan, to do this you have to.
